Storage/Travel Hard Case

If the demo case is too big for you and you only need to safely store and occasionally transport your Meca500, discover our lightweight hard case with custom-made protective foaming. This protective case is also waterproof (IPX7) and dustproof (IP6X). With exterior dimensions of 503 mm × 406 mm × 193 mm, it is only slightly bigger than a briefcase, and once loaded with a complete Meca500 system inside, the case weighs only 9 kg.

Demo Case

Easily transport and demonstrate your Meca500 with our sturdy demo case, complete with custom-made protective foaming and removable aluminum plate. The waterproof (IPX7) and dustproof (IP6X) case has exterior dimensions of 559 mm × 356 mm × 229 mm, wheels, and retractable handle, and meets most airline cabin requirements. The case weighs 15 kg with a complete Meca500 system inside and is perfect for demo visits, professors, or integrators transporting the robot between classes and research facilities.

USB Joystick

Mecademic's web interface allows the use of external six-axis and three-axis USB joysticks for jogging their robots. The 3-axis joystick provided by Mecademic is better suited for precise manipulation due to its Hall effect sensors and stiffer springs, though 3Dconnexion's six-axis SpaceMouse is also supported. Simply connect them to your PC and use them via the web interface.

Adapter Plate for Meca500 (MUAP-01)

Our universal adapter plate enables you to mount your Meca500 robot or power supply to various T-slotted aluminum framing or metric optical breadboards using three or four M8/M6 screws. The plate has locating pins that act as kinematic constraints, ensuring that you can remove and place your Meca500 back in the same location with ease.

IP65 Robot Sleeve

Specially developed for the Meca500 by Horosys, the HoroBot B500 sleeve guarantees optimum protection without impeding the robot’s precision. It is fully waterproof, and features an oval base system as well as a rotary end flange. The sleeve can be used in environments with internal overpressure.

Splash Proof and Dust Proof Sleeve

The RoboSuit-M500 from GS Automate is designed to protect the Meca500 from dust, light overspray, and machining fluids in medical, laboratory, and other industrial applications. It is completely flexible and offers a 360° range of motion on all joints.
